Studio 23 Helps Relaunch Ridgefield VNA as RVNA Health
Ridgefield VNA has been providing health care services to the community for over 100 years and, as a result, has a large and devoted following in the Ridgefield area. To appeal to a larger geographic service area, though, the name was always limiting. Potential customers beyond the Ridgefield area often didn’t know they offered services to them. To help attract new customers, Ridgefield VNA decided to undergo a renaming as RVNAhealth. The renaming and offline branding were handled by a local design firm but RVNA approached Studio 23 to help them redevelop their web presence and email campaigns in line with their new brand. As part of that, Studio 23 worked closely with the branding company, RVNA’s in-house marketing team, and company stakeholders to develop sitemaps depicting a new architecture, user flows, and wireframes in preparation to develop the new site. Once approved, we thoroughly documented the current site, identifying all URLs and where they would forward. We then created interactive sketches the client could navigate to understand how the new site would function.
Since time was tight to meet a specific launch date, we created a tiered phase-in plan so that key functionality would be ready for launch and other pages would wait for phase 2. After launch, Studio 23 monitored the site closely, checking for security issues, errors, or functionality issues. So far, though, we can say that the site is perfectly healthy. See the site live ››
